Grix

Built by an IT specialist who was tired of watching talented people waste time.

Grzegorz Olszewski, Founder of Grix

Who I am

My name is Grzegorz Olszewski. I am the founder and the only person behind Grix, based in Poland, EU. Before Grix, I spent 12 years in infrastructure and security roles, building and maintaining systems that had to run 24/7 without drama: networks, servers, and the operational safety nets around them.

That work taught me how automation should behave when real people depend on it. Predictable, monitored, and quiet when it is working correctly.

Why I built Grix

During that decade I also watched a different problem grow. Content creators and coaches I knew were drowning in direct messages, missing offers buried in their inbox, and spending hours each week on repetitive work that had nothing to do with why their audience followed them in the first place. They were not lacking talent. They were lacking the same kind of reliable automation that companies take for granted.

That gap is why I built Grix. It applies the discipline I learned in infrastructure and security work (uptime, monitoring, and safe failure handling) to the everyday operations of a creator’s business: email triage, comment moderation, and DM handling, all running quietly in the background while the creator focuses on the parts that need a human.

No IT team needed. No per-hour freelancer. A system that just works.

How Grix is built and run

Grix is currently a single-person operation. I design, build, and operate every workflow myself, which means there is no layer between the person who built the system and the person supporting it. If something breaks, I am the one who fixes it. If you have a question about how a workflow handles your data, I am the one who can answer it precisely, because I wrote it.

This is also why the platform is deliberately narrow in scope for now: modules are built and shipped one at a time, each tested against a real client before the next one starts. No team means no capacity to maintain a feature that has not been proven yet.

Polish work, European infrastructure

Grix is a fully Polish product. The design, the code, the workflows and the product decisions are made in Poland, by one person, with no subcontractors. There is no team abroad and no outside firm holding part of the system.

The infrastructure runs in Frankfurt, Germany, in the eu-frankfurt-1 region. That is where the database and the automation engine live. AI text processing runs on Mistral AI, a European provider in France. Your content, your logs and your operational data stay inside the European Union, handled in line with GDPR and current EU law.

The exceptions, stated plainly, because I would rather say it myself. Payments go through Stripe, and messages and comments arrive from Meta's APIs. If Mistral is down, Anthropic answers as a backup AI model so a fan still gets a reply. The website host, the dashboard sign-in and, only with your consent, site analytics are US providers too. All of them operate outside the EU under standard contractual clauses. The full list of processors is in the privacy policy.

Credentials, honestly stated

You can find my professional background on LinkedIn. I do not list specific past employers, certifications, or client names on this page beyond what is already verifiable there. If something is not written down here, it is not because it is a secret. It is because I would rather understate the story than overstate it.
