Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what this agreement covers

Grix (“Grix”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a SaaS automation platform for content creators, operated by Grzegorz Olszewski, based in Poland, EU. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Grix website, dashboard, and automation modules (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Grix connects to your social media accounts (currently Instagram, with additional platforms planned) via each platform’s official API, and runs automation modules on your behalf, for example classifying and replying to comments or direct messages according to settings you configure. You are responsible for configuring each module appropriately for your account and audience.

3. Account registration and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must hold, or be authorized to manage, the social media account(s) you connect to Grix.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Grix is offered on paid monthly or annual subscription tiers (START, PRO, MAX), each with a defined set of modules and connected-channel limits described on our pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
• Prices may change for future billing periods; we will notify you in advance of any price change affecting your subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate the terms of service, community guidelines, or platform policies of any connected social media platform (including Meta’s Platform Terms and Instagram Platform Policy);
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in any form of platform abuse or manipulation;
• Harass, deceive, or defraud any person;
• Upload or process unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content;
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls of the Service or any connected platform;
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, to protect the Service, other users, or connected platforms.

6. Your content and connected accounts

You retain ownership of your content and your social media accounts. By connecting an account to Grix, you grant us permission to access and process the data necessary to operate the modules you enable, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a platform account at any time, which stops further automated processing for that account.

7. Third-party platforms

Grix integrates with third-party platforms (including Meta/Instagram) via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or policy enforcement actions taken by a third-party platform, though we will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service working with current platform requirements.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Grix and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business during your subscription term.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that AI-generated replies will always be accurate, appropriate, or error-free, and you remain responsible for reviewing how automation behaves on your accounts. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, as the Service depends in part on third-party platforms and infrastructure outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grix and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued service would put us in breach of a third-party platform’s terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data is retained or deleted per our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
