Data Deletion Instructions

Delete your Grix data

1. Send an email to hello@grix.co from the address on your Grix account, with the subject line “Delete my data”.
2. State what you want removed: the whole account, or only the data from one connected platform (Instagram, Facebook, Gmail, TikTok).
3. We confirm your request within 72 hours.
4. Deletion is completed within 30 days. This covers your profile, message and comment history, AI voice samples, knowledge base entries, and workflow logs.

You do not need an account to make this request. If you interacted with a Grix-powered Instagram or Facebook account and want your messages removed, email the same address and include the handle you wrote from.

Revoke platform access immediately

To cut off access right away without waiting for the request to be processed, remove the connection on the platform side: Instagram and Facebook under Settings, Apps and websites; Google under your Google Account, Security, Third-party apps. Access tokens stop working the moment you do this.

What we keep and why

Billing records are retained for 7 years, because Polish accounting law requires it. They contain invoice data only, never message content. Everything else is deleted.

Usunięcie danych, wersja polska

1. Napisz na hello@grix.co z adresu przypisanego do konta Grix, w temacie „Usunięcie danych”.
2. Napisz, co ma zniknąć: całe konto czy tylko dane z jednej podłączonej platformy (Instagram, Facebook, Gmail, TikTok).
3. Potwierdzamy przyjęcie zgłoszenia w ciągu 72 godzin.
4. Dane usuwamy w ciągu 30 dni. Obejmuje to profil, historię wiadomości i komentarzy, próbki głosu AI, wpisy bazy wiedzy oraz logi wykonań.

Konto nie jest potrzebne, żeby złożyć takie żądanie. Dokumenty księgowe zostają przez 7 lat, bo wymaga tego polskie prawo rachunkowe. Zawierają wyłącznie dane rozliczeniowe, nigdy treści wiadomości.
