Frequently asked questions

Is automating Instagram and other accounts through Grix safe for my account?
Yes. Grix connects to your accounts only through the platforms’ official APIs (Meta, Instagram) with OAuth authorization, never by logging in with your password or scraping. No platform terms are broken.
What if Grix answers badly in my name?
You get three safeguards and you set all three yourself. First, any module can stay in draft mode: Grix writes the reply, you send it. Second, a match threshold decides how confident Grix has to be before it answers at all. Below that threshold the thread goes to you instead of to guesswork. Third, every sent reply shows up in your dashboard next to the message that triggered it.
Will my audience know an AI is answering?
That is your call and it has its own setting. Grix ships an AI disclosure module: you switch the notice on and you write what it says. Article 50 of the EU AI Act applies from August 2026 and requires disclosure in some of these situations, so Grix gives you the tool to comply without improvising.
Is my data and my audience’s data safe?
Grix is GDPR compliant, data is hosted in the EU, and each client’s data is isolated at the database level with Row Level Security. Your conversations never sit in a shared table with another client and they never train a model.
How much does Grix cost?
59 EUR per month at the Founding rate, for all five modules. A flat subscription, with no commission on your sales. The Founding rate stays with you for good, including after the list price goes up for later clients.
What happens when the AI can’t handle a conversation?
Complex or unusual threads get handed straight to you. Grix takes the repetitive work off your plate, it does not make decisions you’d rather keep an eye on yourself.
How do I claim a Founding seat?
You sign up through the form on the site. Signing up does not start a payment. I get in touch personally, we agree the scope and the start date, and only then does the first charge happen.
